Saratele cu cascaval

O idee grozava, simpla si foarte rapida de a folosi aluatul de foietaj. Aceste betisoare rasucite din aluat se pot asezona  cu cascaval, seminte de susan, mac, parmezan, boia, etc.

Ingrediente:

  • o foaie de aluat pentru foietaj (din comert)
  • cascaval ras
  • 1 ou batut
  • Taiati aluatul fasii subtiri de aproximativ 2 cm, ungeti-le cu ou batut si radeti cascaval peste ele. Rasuciti fiecare banda de aluat de 4-5 ori si coaceti-le intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt pana devin aurii.
