Ciorba de dovlecei

Ingrediente:

  • vreo 3 dovlecei
  • 2 morcovi
  • o ceapa mare
  • o bucata telina
  • 3 l apa
  • 3 linguri ulei
  • bors
  • 200 ml smantana
  • un ou
  • patrunjel
  • sare
  1. Spalati, curatati si taiati fin legumele (ceapa, morcovul, telina). Dovleceii doar ii spalati si ii tocati cubulete cu tot cu coaja.
  2. Intr-o cratita, incingeti uleiul si adaugati ceapa, morcovul si telina. Adaugati cateva linguri de apa si innabusiti cateva minute pana se inmoaie.
  3. Fierbeti legumele in cei 3 l de apa cu sare cam 20 de minute.
  4. Adaugati dovleceii si mai fierbeti pana devin moi (cam 15-20 de minute).
  5. Turnati borsul, dupa gust. Eu pun cam 500 ml. Mai bine turnati cate putin si gustati.
  6. Intr-un bol bateti oul si amestecati-l cu smantana. Inainte de a turna smantana in ciorba, adaugati 2-3 polonice de lichid cald peste amestec. In acest fel evitati ca smantana sa se taie si oul sa se transforme in omleta:)
  7. Amestecati totul in cratita la foc mic inca 3-4 minute (ciorba si smantana cu oul).
  8. Presarati patrunjel proaspat tocat.
